Your kayaking adventure begins with an early morning pickup from the meeting point in Kathmandu at around 6:45 AM. From there, you will drive for about 2.5 hours along the Prithvi Highway to Benighat, the put-in point on the Trishuli River.
Upon arrival, the kayaking crew prepares the equipment and provides a safety briefing and paddling instructions before starting the trip. The kayaking then begins with fun Class I–III rapids, offering an exciting mix of wave trains and beautiful scenery along the river valley.
After about 1 hour of kayaking, you will stop at a sandy riverside beach for lunch. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor riverside lunch, giving you time to rest, swim, and enjoy the natural surroundings.
After lunch, the kayaking continues through more enjoyable rapids and scenic sections of the Trishuli River, including the narrow and exciting Trishuli Gorge, where the river current becomes faster and the rapids more frequent.
The kayaking trip ends in the afternoon at Jawang Khola, from where you will transfer to your onward destination, completing a memorable day of white-water kayaking.
